Standard PETG Cards
The workhorse of the range. The ISO ID-1 card format, 85.5 × 54 mm — the same size as a bank card, so it fits every standard wallet, printer and reader. Any chip configuration and encoding you need, and any artwork across the full face of the card. Graphics, numbering and other custom work are quoted on the same lead time. Printed on PETG, which handles and wears like PVC but is a polyester rather than a vinyl, so it is accepted in ordinary plastics recycling where PVC generally is not.
Matte Finish PETG Cards
A non-reflective surface that keeps dark artwork looking solid instead of glassy, and resists the fingerprints and light scuffing that show up fast on a gloss card. The obvious choice for a black or deeply coloured design. Printed on PETG, which handles and wears like PVC but is a polyester rather than a vinyl, so it is accepted in ordinary plastics recycling where PVC generally is not.
Frosted Finish PETG Cards
A frosted coating with a fine texture you can feel. It grips in the hand rather than sliding, and gives the card a distinct, slightly tactile finish that sets it apart from a standard gloss laminate. Printed on PETG, which handles and wears like PVC but is a polyester rather than a vinyl, so it is accepted in ordinary plastics recycling where PVC generally is not.
Metal Sparkle PETG Cards
Silver or gold sparkle worked into the card body, so the finish catches the light as it moves. It can cover the whole card or just part of the artwork — a sparkle panel behind a logo, with the rest left flat. Printed on PETG, which handles and wears like PVC but is a polyester rather than a vinyl, so it is accepted in ordinary plastics recycling where PVC generally is not.
Glossy Transparent PETG Cards
Clear areas with a gloss finish, so parts of the card show whatever is behind them. It removes the background-colour decision entirely and gives the card a different look on every surface it is laid on. Matte Transparent PETG Cards
Clear card with a matte surface — the look of frosted glass rather than a window. It diffuses what is behind it instead of showing it sharply, which keeps printed elements legible over the clear areas. Translucent elements set into the layout, so the design reads with depth and shifts depending on what the card is resting against. A layered effect on a flat card, without foil or embossing. Spot Varnish Matte Finish PETG Cards
Gloss varnish applied to selected areas of an otherwise matte card. The contrast between the two finishes catches the light at different angles and gives a raised, three-dimensional impression without any change in thickness.
